🚀 We’re Hiring – Electrical / EV Testing Engineer
📍 Experience Required: 3–9 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/BE
🏭 Industry: Construction Equipment / Off-Highway / Automotive (EV/Hybrid)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Electric Machine Build for EV / Hybrid platforms
- Machine endurance testing with focus on electrical architecture
- DVPSOR-based Electrical & Electronics validation
- HV systems testing (~650V+): motors, converters, batteries, BMS & charging technology
- Conduct safety-critical tests, homologation assessments & report sign-offs
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using harness schematics
- Perform proto build activities with hands-on testing, instrumentation & diagnosis
- Lead endurance tests (Battery performance, CAN analysis, traction drives)
- Data acquisition & analysis (IMC experience preferred)
🎓 What You Bring:
✔ Experience in High Voltage EV systems testing (AC/DC)
✔ Strong proto-build & shop-floor exposure
✔ Hands-on experience in testing, instrumentation, SOP execution & DVPSOR validation
✔ Familiarity with ECUs, vehicle displays, safety systems & testing tools
✔ Background in Construction Equipment / Off-Highway / Automotive (Bus/Truck) preferred
✨ Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of homologation testing
- R&D proto shop experience
- Instrumentation & endurance field testing exposure
