We Are Hiring: Test Data Management Experts
We are expanding our Test Data Engineering and Management capabilities at NewVision and invite skilled professionals to join our growing team focused on building scalable, high-quality data solutions that elevate enterprise testing.
Open Positions
1. Test Data Management Architect (9–12 years)
We are seeking an experienced architect to lead the design and governance of our synthetic data strategy. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic data insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production data logs and metrics to derive data patterns and skew.
- Define and design synthetic data models, profiling approaches, and data fidelity frameworks.
- Collaborate with QA and Engineering teams to ensure realistic and scalable test data generation.
Technical Expertise:
SQL and query optimization, Cloud observability (Azure App Insights, Datadog, Grafana), Data modelling, Python (pandas, NumPy, SciPy), and statistical analysis for data profiling.
2. Senior Data Engineer (6–9 years)
We are looking for a hands-on data engineering professional to design and automate our data masking and synthetic data pipelines within CI/CD environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement PII masking and data seeding pipelines.
- Develop and maintain synthetic data generators integrated with automation frameworks.
- Validate and optimize high-volume data generation and ingestion processes.
Technical Expertise:
Python (Faker, factory-boy) or Node.js, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), tokenization, hashing and encryption for masking, and performance optimization for large-scale datasets.
