Role : Test car Updation & proto build (Workshop Senior technician)
Location : Chakan, Pune
Purpose of the Position :
- Software updates on pre-series test cars.
- Electronics part upgradation on test cars.
- Tracking of software releases per system 42.
- Support to proto car build at workshop.
- Test car related Workshop activities.
Key Responsibilities & tasks :
- Updation of test cars
- Software flashing on test cars as per latest status
- Electronic part Updation on test car
- Software status tracking as per system 42
- Tracking the latest generation of electronic part for necessary updation
- Preparation of special cars like Press car & management drive cars
- Software checks & part status record & Updation
- Support to press events pan India
- Support to proto car build at workshop
- Tracking of parts & aggregates for proto build
- Ensuring confidentiality of prototype cars at workshop during routine activities
- Support to special region & test track test preparation eg Rajasthan, NATRAX.
- Instrumentation & measurement of test car before testing on public road / Labs
- Support to workshop activities. Daily check of test cars & fault findings
- Support to procurement of new tools & its necessary approvals.
- Practicing safety & audit requirements at workshop area
- Support to calibration & maintenance of equipment’s.
