Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around steering the evolution of testing practices into a seamless and efficient quality engineering operation. You focus on enhancing control, precision, and data integrity by implementing advanced quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your role involves fostering innovation in testing by adopting predictive and intelligent automation strategies, ensuring that testing activities are continuously optimized and aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration and leadership are key as you guide teams toward delivering high-quality outcomes through cutting-edge testing solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive the adoption of continuous testing practices to enhance overall project delivery timelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence in automation testing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing strategies with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Suite Testing.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Knowledge of integration testing and performance testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and process improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Business Suite Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
