Project Role : Test Automation Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, accuracy, and integrity of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving continuous improvement through innovative and intelligent testing solutions, ensuring that testing is predictive and automated across the entire development lifecycle. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing strategies with business goals is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of automation frameworks and ensure their alignment with project objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize testing processes and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Experience in designing and implementing test automation strategies within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies that support automated testing and quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and process improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
