Project Role : Test Automation Engineer
Project Role Description : Use quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Run end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy and integrity.

Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, Responsible for design, development, configuration, and support of payment processing components built on ICON IPF, ensuring high performance, scalability, and resilience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Develop and configure IPF components
- Implement payment validation and routing logic
- Build microservices and APIs for payments processing
- Integrate with schemes and upstream/downstream systems
- Support SIT, performance testing, and production issues
- Contribute to CI/CD and automation frameworks
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, Payments Fundamentals.
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts across various platforms.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- 5–10 years of Java / Spring Boot experience
- Strong microservices and API development skills
- Payments systems or core banking experience
- ISO 20022 message handling knowledge
- CI/CD, Git, containerization exposure
- Hands-on ICON IPF implementation experience
- Performance tuning of real-time systems
- Cloud-native payments platforms exposure
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5-10 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
