Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Consultant with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca to join our SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing automated testing solutions across SAP landscapes and related applications.
You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting teams with best practices, training, and consultancy while ensuring high-quality test automation processes. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, agile, and distributed environment contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and manage Tricentis Tosca Cloud environment
• Set up and configure Tosca across SAP landscapes and desktop applications
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases
• Provide training, guidance, and consultancy on test automation best practices
• Continuously improve and optimize test automation processes
• Support teams in diagnosing and resolving issues within test automation frameworks
• Create and maintain documentation and reusable test assets
Must-Have Skills
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Test Automation
• Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca (Cloud preferred)
• Experience in test case design, implementation, and maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Nice to Have
• Programming experience in any language
• Knowledge of SAP systems and SAP Cloud ALM
• Experience with Test Management tools or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
