Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Automation Consultant with strong expertise in Python and Robot Framework to design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving software quality, accelerating release cycles, and enabling scalable QA practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework
• Build and maintain reusable test automation frameworks and libraries
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for resolution
• Ensure test coverage, scalability, and maintainability of automation suites
• Continuously improve test processes, tools, and frameworks
• Support performance and security testing initiatives (as needed)
• Prepare and present test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics

Required Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of experience in test automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Python programming
• Proven experience with Robot Framework
• Experience in API testing (REST, SOAP) using tools like Postman or similar
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA lifecycle
• Good debugging and analytical skills
