About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling SaaS innovator in the Enterprise Test Automation & CI/CD space, we build intelligent, scalable test frameworks that empower global DevOps teams to ship quality software faster. Our automation engineers design, build, and maintain resilient test suites across web, API, and mobile platforms — enabling seamless integration with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Kubernetes-native pipelines while reducing regression cycles by 70%+.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress for web & API testing.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) with real-time reporting & dashboarding.
- Write reusable, data-driven, and parallel-executable test scripts in Python/Java/JavaScript with BDD/TDD best practices.
- Collaborate with QA leads and developers to identify automation scope, prioritize test cases, and validate defect fixes.
- Monitor test stability, optimize execution speed, and troubleshoot flaky tests across cross-browser & cross-device environments.
- Contribute to shift-left testing culture by embedding automation early in sprint cycles and mentoring junior automation engineers.
