- Lead Quality Engineering (QE) strategy for GenAI systems with 14+ years of experience in testing and quality leadership.
- Define and implement test architecture, automation frameworks, and quality gates for AI agents, LLM workflows, data pipelines, and API integrations.
- Build scalable test automation suites using Python with PyTest (optional), Selenium (mandatory), Postman, JMeter, and CI/CD tools.
- Design validation strategies for model outputs, prompt workflows, grounding, accuracy, and reliability.
- Implement performance, security, and resilience testing to ensure production-grade GenAI solutions.
- Drive shift-left quality practices, develop reusable test assets, and mentor QA/QE teams.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases with measurable KPIs.
- Establish QE standards, optimize test coverage, and enable risk-based testing to proactively prevent defects.
- Promote AI-assisted testing, synthetic data strategies, and observability-driven quality insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain documentation, and support audit readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across GenAI initiatives.
