Vehicle Operator, Robotaxi Application

The Vehicle Operator for Robotaxi is responsible for safely operating Tesla vehicles in autonomous mode across a wide variety of real-world environments. This role is critical to the development of Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology and the path towards a future of autonomous transportation. Key responsibilities include:- Carefully monitoring and intervening in Tesla vehicles operating in autonomous mode to ensure safe operation- Providing detailed feedback and reporting on vehicle performance, edge cases, and areas for improvement- Working closely with the Autopilot, AI and other teams to rapidly iterate on FSD capabilities- Contributing to the overall vision and strategy for Tesla's autonomous driving technologyQualifications:- Passion for and experience with autonomous vehicle technology and transportation innovation- Excellent driving skills, with a flawless driving record- Strong situational awareness and the ability to quickly assess and react to dynamic driving conditions- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to safety- Comfort with uncertainty and flexibility to adapt as the technology rapidly evolves- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
