We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who possesses a data-driven mindset, a flair for critical thinking, and an unwavering attention to detail. The Analyst will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decisions for the Sales and Delivery teams across APAC countries. We seek an individual who is a self-starter, adept at influencing others, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Our Business Operations team is instrumental in driving this mission forward by continually supporting Sales and Deliveries growth, optimizing processes and operations, and expanding our customer base.

What You'll Do

Understand strategic goals, business objectives, customer needs and competitive landscapes.

Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance metrics, including orders, test drives, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction and retention.

Cultivate profound insights into our business, the local markets, and the car industry. Compile market intelligence and analytics reports to support strategic programs and initiatives.

Provide recommendations to support leaders in identifying and executing on improvement opportunities, and achieving business goals.

Build and maintain data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis. Maintain tight partnerships with stakeholders from other departments necessary to ensure data integrity.

Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.

Perform ad hoc data analysis or other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems, or Data analytics-related background; and/or,

Equivalent 5+ years professional experience with comparable complexity including analytical modeling, operations management, and evidence of exceptional ability.

Experience in interfacing with business leaders, with the ability to translate complex datasets and analysis into clear and actionable business priorities.

Robust quantitative/analytical intuition and skill set. Expert in common Excel functions and SQL/other common query languages in data processing, and experience in building data visualizations, dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop or similar BI solution. Python or other programming language experience is a plus.

Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple high priority demands simultaneously. Enjoys challenges and navigating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin a strong plus.
