AI Research Scientist

As an AI Research Scientist at Tesla, you will be responsible for advancing the state-of-the-art in machine learning and artificial intelligence to enable Tesla's self-driving and robotics capabilities. This includes developing novel deep learning and reinforcement learning algorithms, implementing large-scale training infrastructure, and deploying models to real-world autonomous systems. You will work closely with our expert engineering teams to take promising research ideas and turn them into production-ready systems that power Tesla's vehicles and robots. We are looking for talented researchers and engineers with a strong background in machine learning, computer vision, or natural language processing. You should have experience building and deploying complex AI models in a production environment. Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus. Most importantly, you should be passionate about the potential for AI to transform the world and improve people's lives.
