About the role

An opportunity has arisen for multiple fixed term (12 months) Team Leaders at our Dundee Customer Engagement Centre. There are various full time and part time positions working over business hours including weekend working: 14:45 – 23:00, 1 in 3 Saturdays off (Saturday shift 15:00 – 23:00) * 3 07:00 – 15:15 1 in 3 Saturdays off (Saturday shift 07:00 – 15:00) Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver operational and service excellence across all business KPIs, continually striving to improve efficiency and service through effective communication, colleague engagement, coaching and development of your team.
