You will be responsible for Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand product requirements and design specifications. Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy and detailed test plans. Author thorough functional and integration test cases; coordinate reviews with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify gaps and complex scenarios. Execute test cases, publish test reports, and communicate results with product and program stakeholders. Analyze server logs and databases to provide detailed context and evidence for reported bugs. Track and report quality metrics such as defect density and open defect counts. Design and develop robust test automation frameworks. Own all aspects of testing, test tool development, and configuration management. You will need 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering. Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test strategies, plans, and approaches. Strong experience in testing APIs, microservices, and web applications. Hands-on coding experience in Java, with the ability to write efficient, modular, and maintainable code. Expertise in developing test frameworks using open-source tools such as Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber BDD, TestNG, Fitnesse, Gatling, etc. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing test frameworks for large-scale programs and improving existing test processes. Proficiency in working with Linux/Unix environments and cloud infrastructure (Azure, Docker). Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and pub-sub technologies. Exposure to KWA Analytics or ION STAT automation tools and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) in the finance domain is a plus. Experience in non-functional testing, including performance, security, and monitoring/alerting. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
