Join us on our exciting journey as a member of the Supply Chain, Planning & Logistics team at Tesco. In this role, you will be responsible for continuously improving our supply chain processes and systems to drive efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement innovative solutions, and measure the impact of changes. Key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing supply chain data and identifying areas for process improvement - Designing and implementing lean and six sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement - Utilizing technology and digital tools to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making - Developing business cases and project plans to support supply chain initiatives - Providing expert advice and guidance to team members and stakeholders - Sharing best practices and driving a culture of innovation and excellence. To be successful in this role, you will need: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Experience in leading and delivering complex supply chain projects - Knowledge of lean and six sigma methodologies - Familiarity with supply chain systems and technologies - A passion for driving change and continuous improvement.
