ls
Lead and manage service operations and service sales across the West region, ensuring achievement of revenue targets through AMC, repairs, spares, and refurbishment services. Oversee installation, commissioning, and timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards. Ensure all machines are calibrated and compliant with required procedures and NABL standards. Drive contract renewals and convert service opportunities into business growth. Service Operations & Lead

- egion.Oversee installation and commissioning of testing machines at customer
sites.Revenue Generation & Business
- GrowthDrive service revenue growth through AMC, CAMC, R&S, O&M contracts, spares, repairs, and refurbishment ser
- vices.Generate and convert service and upgrade enquiries into purchase o
- rders.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual service forecasts for bookings and bi
lling.Customer Service & Relationship Mana
- gementEnsure timely resolution of all customer complaints (warranty and non-warr
- anty).Ensure timely resolution of customer queries related to service, billing, and pay
- ments.Build strong customer relationships and develop long-term engagement with key cust
- omers.Identify cross-selling opportunities by promoting additional product lines and ser
vices.AMC, Calibration & Comp
- lianceMonitor and ensure calibration of all machines under contract as per defined standards and sche
- dules.Drive timely renewal of AMC contracts and ensure completion of calibration activ
- ities.Ensure smooth transition of machines from warranty to AMC/calibration cont
- racts.Ensure compliance with NABL standards and completion of related activities on
time.Technical Support & Troublesh
- ootingPerform advanced troubleshooting of electronic systems at component
- level.Ensure minimal downtime through efficient technical support and service del
ivery.Administration & Documen
- tationMaintain accurate records of machines, service activities, and calibration
- data.Manage administrative tasks including high-value quotations, vendor POs, and costing s
heets.Tools, Equipment & Process Mana
- gementEnsure proper maintenance and periodic calibration of service tools and equi
pment.Coordination & Vendor Mana
- gementCoordinate with service sales teams for timely submission of proposals for spares, consumables, and access
- ories.Collaborate with OEMs for spare parts procurement to minimize machine dow
ntime.
Education Qualif
icationBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation or related
field).Exp
erience8–15 years of relevant experience in service operations, preferably in testing machines or industrial equ
