Job Description – Territory Sales Manager
Division: ISP (Internet Service Provider) Division
Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience Required: 1–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Territory Sales Manager for our ISP Division. The candidate will be responsible for driving broadband and internet sales, managing field sales activities, generating new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for broadband and ISP products
- Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned territory
- Generate new leads through field visits, direct marketing, and references
- Build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers
- Identify new business opportunities and market potential
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth customer onboarding
- Manage sales executives and monitor field performance
- Prepare daily sales reports and territory performance updates
- Ensure timely collection of customer documents and payments
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve sales-related issues
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Leadership and team handling capability
- Knowledge of broadband, internet, and telecom products
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in ISP, Telecom, Broadband, or Field Sales
- Experience in handling territory sales and field teams preferred
- Must possess good local market knowledge
