Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage depot-related and area-specific syndicates to ensure smooth billing across all outlets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, outlet owners, and syndicate members for continuous business generation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and provide timely market updates to the State Head.
- Coordinate with Depot Managers to ensure timely unloading of stocks and avoid detention issues.
- Execute daily evening promotions and market activation activities to drive product consumption and visibility.
- Prepare month-end claims as per company commitments and submit KYC documents in line with organizational SOPs.
- Ensure proper implementation and adherence to PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) through the company application.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and outlet performance within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong distributor and retailer relationships to enhance market penetration and sales growth.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, market feedback, and stock movement.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–4 years of experience in FMCG/Alcohol/Beverage sales preferred.
- Good understanding of the local market and trade network.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets under pressure.
