This role is focused on driving frontline sales performance within the professional beauty segment, with a strong emphasis on market execution, distributor management, and territory growth. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through direct market engagement and effective channel partner management. The position requires close collaboration with distributors and retail stakeholders to strengthen product availability, visibility, and market penetration. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for growth through data-driven insights and MIS analysis. The environment is field-oriented, fast-paced, and highly performance-driven, with strong focus on execution excellence. This role offers significant exposure to sales operations, trade relationships, and territory-level business development. You will directly contribute to expanding brand presence and strengthening market competitiveness.
Accountabilities
- Achieve sales targets through direct market visits, personal selling, and effective territory execution.
- Manage and strengthen distributor relationships, ensuring smooth front-end and back-end operational support.
- Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps, opportunities, and performance improvement areas within the assigned geography.
- Develop and support distributor teams to improve customer management and overall sales productivity.
- Negotiate with distributors and trade partners to drive business growth and ensure efficient execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and trade partners to enhance market penetration.
- Monitor distributor performance and infrastructure readiness, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Execute promotional activities and ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing plans in the field.
- Provide regular market feedback to the branch team to support strategic decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate competitive positioning and recommend improvements in customer service and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (full-time graduation is mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales or field sales roles.
- Strong understanding of distributor management and retail sales operations.
- Experience in ROI calculations, sales planning, and route-to-market execution.
- Ability to manage RS appointments and execute structured sales strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication skills in English and local language.
- Ability to conduct field visits and manage on-ground sales activities effectively.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
