We’re looking for passionate and driven Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to be a part of our mission in revolutionizing trauma and orthopaedic care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide on-site technical assistance to surgeons during orthopaedic surgeries — ensuring optimal use of Auxein implants and instruments.
✔ Build long-term relationships with orthopaedic doctors, trauma centers, and healthcare professionals.
✔ Collaborate with marketing to drive educational initiatives such as surgical workshops, hands-on training, and CMEs.
✔ Be the bridge between innovation and real-world surgical outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate, with min.1 year exp & sound knowledge of trauma care protocols, orthopaedic surgical techniques,
Clinical curiosity, field resilience, people-first mindset, excellent communicator
