Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Kolhapur. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the designated region, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, conducting market analysis, and identifying new opportunities. You will engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance on product offerings, and deliver training on solutions and products. Additionally, you will manage customer service needs and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management with a results-driven approach in North Maharashtra Sugar Industry.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to provide Training on products and solutions to enhance customer knowledge and engagement
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills for effective decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in industrial or technical sales, especially in the pump manufacturing industry, is an advantage
- Proficiency in regional languages and familiarity with the Kolhapur region is a plus
