Hyve Sports is seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This remote role is ideal for professionals passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and business expansion. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and achieving sales objectives through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve territory-wise sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new customers, distributors, dealers, retailers, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and sales follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective market coverage within the assigned territory.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for promotions, campaigns, and inventory management.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track collections, payment follow-ups, and account settlements.
- Train and support sales representatives and channel partners when required.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods industries.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.

- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sales mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing territory operations independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory when required.
