Job Summary
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth within the assigned territory. The role focuses on promoting products in the Cardio Diabetic segment, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring effective execution of field strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Drive prescription generation and demand for assigned products
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies
Doctor Engagement
- Promote products to Diabetologists, Cardiologists, and Physicians
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and chemists
- Ensure regular doctor calls as per coverage norms
Territory Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Provide regular feedback to the reporting manager
Reporting
- Maintain daily call reports (DCR) and update CRM systems on time
- Submit periodic sales reports and ensure data accuracy
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B. Sc / B. Pharm / Life Sciences / Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1+ years in Pharma Sales (Medical Representative /TS
- M)Exposure to Cardio Diabetic segment is required
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Understanding of pharma sales and doctor engagement
- Knowledge of local territory and doctor network
