Role Description
As a Territory Sales Manager at NoBrokerHood, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will identify prospects, pitch products and services, negotiate deals, and onboard clients. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will focus on achieving sales targets and providing training to customers for effective product adoption.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, including the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet targets and develop strategies for market expansion.
- Experience in Training clients and teams to ensure optimal product adoption and satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build relationships and manage client queries efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA freshers are welcome to apply).
- Proactive and self-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced environments or experience in the real estate or technology sector is an advantage.
