A leading French MNC in geotechnical & infrastructure solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales professional to join their growing team.
📍 Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
💼 Experience: 5–10 Years
Diploma/Graduation - Engineering
💰 CTC: ₹13–16 LPA
🔍 Role Overview
We are seeking a target-driven Territory Sales Manager with strong exposure to geotechnical construction solutions such as:
- Slope Protection
- Rockfall Mitigation
- Erosion Control
- Geosynthetics
- Fencing Solutions
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Drive project sales & business development across assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants & project owners
- Develop and manage sales pipeline, forecasting & AOP planning
- Identify new opportunities and convert major infrastructure projects
- Track market trends, competitor activity & customer insights
- Lead techno-commercial discussions, negotiations & closures
- Promote brand visibility through seminars, workshops & campaigns
- Manage and mentor team members; ensure target achievement
