Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in Vijayawada. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the allocated region, building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, managing customer accounts, and ensuring effective communication of the company’s offerings. Additional responsibilities include training and guiding sales team members, developing strategies for market penetration, and working collaboratively to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute sales strategies
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to ensure productivity and performance
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies for achieving revenue and growth targets
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in EdTech or educational sales is a plus
- Should be an individual contributor for the region
- Should own car & license
