Nottu AI is transforming education with its innovative EdTech product, and we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion in Delhi - NCR, and Bangalore.

What You Will Do:
- Market Penetration: Identify, prospect, and acquire new institutional clients, including K-12 Schools, Test Prep/Coaching Centers, and Other Education Institutes within the assigned territory.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and initial outreach to presentations, contract negotiation, and successful deal closure.
- Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our EdTech product/solution, effectively articulating its value proposition and benefits to school principals, trustees, and administrative staff.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Strategy & Reporting: Contribute to the local market strategy, analyze sales metrics, and provide accurate forecasting to the leadership team.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the EdTech.
- Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of the K-12/Test Prep ecosystem in Delhi NCR and Bangalore is highly advantageous.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
