Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives. The role also involves developing and implementing sales strategies, training team members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and contribute to the company's overall success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets and lead sales initiatives effectively.
- Experience in conducting Training sessions for sales team members to foster growth and ensure optimal performance.
- Strong organizational and leadership qualities to manage and motivate a team.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or relevant managerial roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
