Role Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the corporate gifting market.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and client meetings to create a strong sales pipeline.
- Present gifting catalogs, product samples, and tailored gifting solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Marketing, and Procurement departments.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product customization, inventory availability, and timely deliveries.
- Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and share feedback to improve offerings.
- Participate in trade fairs, displays, exhibitions, and corporate events to promote products
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with an ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve performance.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the corporate gifting industry or related sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience :- Minimum1 to 4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in corporate gifting & B2B APPARELS
