Role Description
The Area Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team in the respective region. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, building client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role is full-time and requires daily on-site engagement at the Noida location. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding NoBroker’s market presence and achieving business targets.

- Proven expertise in sales operations, sales strategies, and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, team management, and performance monitoring skills.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service excellence.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in operating across competitive markets and meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis for informed decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Prior experience in the PropTech or real estate industry is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in the Noida region and willingness to travel as required.
