Role Description
The Sales Marketing Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and driving customer acquisition and engagement. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, and achieving set targets for revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and SEO
- Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in PropTech or Real Estate is a plus
