Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Territory Sales Manager role based in Chandigarh. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and revenue objectives within the assigned territory by developing and executing territory-wise sales plans. The role involves identifying and onboarding new channel partners, healthcare providers, and collection centers, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. The person in this role will conduct regular market visits, track competitor activities, gather customer feedback, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders. Responsibilities also include conducting product presentations and trainings for partners, ensuring excellent customer service and issue resolution, coordinating with operations and logistics teams for efficient service delivery, and preparing periodic sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including territory planning, target achievement, and pipeline management.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust-based relationships with healthcare partners and clients.
- Experience in Training and coaching channel partners or sales teams on products, processes, and best practices.
- Proven ability in B2B or healthcare sales, preferably in diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in basic MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage multiple stakeholders, and travel extensively within the territory.
