Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune City for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, and work to achieve targeted business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, guiding and training the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking performance metrics, and reporting to senior management are also critical components of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to develop strategies, achieve targets, and maximize productivity.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client relationships and deliver satisfaction.
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to achieve high performance and align with organizational goals.
- Proven track record of working in dynamic environments and meeting challenging sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is advantageous.
