Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Manager. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth within assigned territories, providing training and support to retail partners, and managing sales operations. The Territory Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute plans to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Only candidates with prior experience in bicycle industry (SALES) are eligible.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and presenting effectively
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to retail partners or team members
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
