Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Territory Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and meeting or exceeding set sales targets. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, delivering product presentations tailored to client needs, providing client training on solutions, and ensuring seamless customer service. The Territory Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives while enhancing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including an ability to effectively engage with diverse client groups and respond to customer needs
  • Proven experience and capability in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying business opportunities and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in Training customers or team members to maximize solution adoption and usage
  • Understanding of automation or industrial solutions and markets may be advantageous
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
