Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Territory Sales Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets by developing and executing territory-level plans. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting site visits, and closing property transactions. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with customers, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders to expand market presence. The Territory Sales Manager will also train and guide team members, track performance metrics, prepare periodic reports, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align field feedback with business strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in target-driven environments and territory planning.
- Experience in Training and coaching sales teams or partner networks to improve performance and process adherence.
- Experience in real estate, edtech, proptech, or financial services is advantageous.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to monitor territory performance.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, with flexibility to travel within the territory as required.
