Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Siliguri. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales operations within the designated region. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, training and managing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves strategic planning to drive growth, analyzing sales data, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of achieving targets
- Ability to train and lead a sales team to ensure performance and growth
- Proficiency in data analysis and strategic decision-making
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
- Experience in the FMCG or consumer goods sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
