Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth within the assigned territory. The role involves executing sales strategies, expanding market presence, managing key hospital relationships, and achieving sales targets within the cardiology/medical devices/pharma segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders
- Manage and handle corporate hospital accounts (preferred)
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide client support
- Perform market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and product adoption
- Ensure timely reporting and territory performance tracking
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Cardiology / Pharma / Medical Devices Sales
- Experience handling corporate hospitals will be an added advantage
- Strong sales strategy, business development, and market analysis skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage territory efficiently
- Experience in healthcare or the medical device industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
