Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Varanasi. The Territory Sales Manager will manage and grow sales within the assigned region by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing sales operations, and meeting targeted sales objectives. Responsibilities include training sales team members, implementing effective sales strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build lasting relationships and address client needs effectively.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and Training sales teams to improve performance and skills.
- Proven track record of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
- Background in FMCG or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
