Key Purpose of the Job:
Candidate should be target-oriented, experienced territory sales manager who can manage end to end Direct to Retail business in assigned territory. Candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and exercise strong leadership skills. Should demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, Onboarding & Extracting business from Top Retail counters of the assigned territory. Knowledge of Retail market.
- Responsible for Sales & collection as per the assigned targets and credit limit
- Daily & weekly coverage of assigned outlets. Traveling throughout an assigned territory whenever required.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
Educational Qualification / Experience Desired:
- Any Graduate
- Proven experience working as a territory sales manager.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to learn continuously.
