Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, customer relationship management, and business growth within the assigned territory. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, training client representatives, and developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kochi, with the flexibility to work from home as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities, for relationship building and clear interactions with clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales strategies and techniques, along with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to address client needs effectively and foster long-term partnerships.
- Experience in Training and guiding team members or clients to enhance sales performance or product understanding.
- Knowledge of Sales Management practices to develop and execute territory plans effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in the technology or sales distribution industry is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the territory when required.
