Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TSM role based in Araria. The TSM will be responsible for managing and growing the network of Direct Business Outlets, including onboarding new outlets, providing training, and ensuring effective use of RapiPay’s products and services. The role involves regular field visits, relationship management with outlet partners, monitoring transaction performance, and resolving operational issues. The TSM will support sales and marketing initiatives, drive usage of assisted payment services, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The position requires close coordination with internal teams to report market feedback, track targets, and contribute to local business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in field sales, channel management, or business development, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support and motivate outlet partners.
- Good understanding of digital payments, basic financial products, and local market dynamics in Araria or similar regions.
- Ability to work on-site with extensive field travel, manage multiple outlets, and meet performance and transaction targets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages; strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Basic computer and mobile app literacy for reporting, data tracking, and use of RapiPay platforms.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in managing distributor or retailer networks in FMCG, telecom, or allied sectors will be an added advantage.
