Role: Business Development Manager – Education & Healthcare Vertical (Pan India)

Location: Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Education and Healthcare segments. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategies to strengthen the company’s presence across key markets.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end business development activities including market research, lead generation, proposal development, client acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Education and Healthcare sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and institutional partners
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends
  • Generate leads, pitch solutions, and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
  • Drive strategic initiatives aligned with business growth objectives
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proven experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Competitor Analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong account management capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Candidates with a background in Healthcare or Education sectors will be preferred
  • Prior experience in laundry services, facility management, or related industries will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Additional Requirements
  • Local candidates from the mentioned cities or nearby regions will be preferred, with strong regional market knowledge
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
