Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for Noccarc’s medical device portfolio. This role involves managing a defined territory, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, presenting value propositions to key stakeholders, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The Territory Sales Manager will provide post-sales support, coordinate training sessions for customers, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies and achieve territory targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present complex medical technology clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare solutions.
- Customer Service and relationship management skills to maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.
- Experience delivering Training to customers and internal teams on product features, usage, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage a territory, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and hospital decision-making processes is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
