Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Delhi, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, managing sales territories, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, deliver product demonstrations, and provide training to clients to ensure effective adoption of Noccarc's medical solutions. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and provide input to improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, including experience in territory management and achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical device sales is an advantage
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and creating sales strategies
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of utilizing feedback to improve performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
