Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The role includes driving sales growth within designated territories, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Manager will oversee the sales process, implement training for team members, and strategize to optimize sales performance. Regularly collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, target achievement, and contract negotiation.
- Customer Service experience to resolve client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to train and mentor team members, ensuring overall team performance and alignment with sales goals.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to meet organizational objectives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the technology or real estate industry is a plus.
