Experience: 2–5 years as Sales Manager / Medical Representative in Pharma Industry
Responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, compliance adherence, and relationship management across assigned existing franchise shops. The role ensures achievement of purchase targets, improvement in customer connect, execution of marketing initiatives, and adherence to SOP, legal, and system compliance standards.
