Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue targets. Daily tasks involve engaging with clients, providing excellent customer service, managing sales initiatives across the territory, and conducting training sessions for stakeholders. The role also includes overseeing sales team activities while maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and business partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to deliver effective Training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus
