Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Chennai, is for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. The role also involves identifying potential customers, training and mentoring sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires regular monitoring of market trends to enhance the company’s competitive position.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Sales and knowledge of Sales Management to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Proven ability to train and mentor sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Proficiency in relationship building and market analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the financial or housing sector is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
